WHEN ARE VENDOR HOURS?
Vendor minimum operating hours are as follows:
Friday, June 27 – 4pm-7pm
Saturday, June 28 – 11am-9pm
Sunday, June 29 – 12pm-3pm

Vendors must be present and actively participating during these hours. Vendors may operate outside of the minimum hours but still within City park hours (6am-11pm). Volunteers may not be around if assistance is needed outside of minimum operating hours.
WHAT COMES WITH MY REGISTRATION?
Oklahoma Pride Alliance will provide tents for all vendors. Each vendor space is approximately 10’ x 10’ OR 10’ X 20’ depending on vendor purchase. One (1) table and two (2) chairs will be provided to each vendor. Please do not bring your own tent, as there will not be space for it. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their designated vendor spaces, as event security will be on site to maintain the general event grounds.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE TENT LOCATIONS?
Spaces are granted on a first come first serve basis. The Oklahoma Pride Alliance leadership also takes into account sponsor tent placement.
WILL WE HAVE ELECTRICITY?
Vendors will have access to electricity but will be responsible for bringing their own extension cords. Electricity is available on light poles along the vendor marketplace but please bring plenty of extension cords (put your name on them) and be prepared to share electricity source with other vendors.
WHAT ARE LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT DETAILS?
You can start setting-up at 9:00 a.m. Friday, June 27th. You can pull your vehicle up on S Robinson, please unload and move your car to make room for Food Trucks.

Make sure to bring a Step Stool for zipping up your tent and set up

IT'S GOING TO GET HAWWT! Make sure to bring a fan, and any other necessary equipment to stay cool (festival volunteers will supply water.)
