Community Zone

The Community Zone is an opportunity for organizations to host a booth and distribute information, resources and materials to event attendees and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community.

If selected, the booth fee is $100 and includes a table and two chairs.

The Community Zone is open Saturday, June 27th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Community Zone minimum operating hours are as follows:

    Saturday, June 27 from 12pm to 5pm

    Vendors must present and actively participating during these hours. Vendors may operate outside of the minimum hours but still within City Park hours (6am to 11pm). Volunteers may not be around if assistance is needed outside of minimum operating hours.

  • Yes. You are welcome to stay until the park closes, but please plan to be self-sufficient outside of 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., as volunteers may not be available to assist you with any needs.

  • Each Community Zone booth includes:

    • One 6 foot table

    • Two chairs 

    All display items must be able to fit within the allotted space. Please do not bring your own tent (tents are not permitted in the Community Zone due to layout and safety requirements). 

    ​Electricity is not available in the Community Zone. Please plan accordingly (battery packs, fully charged devices, etc.).

    Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their items and booth materials, as event security will be on site to monitor the general event grounds.

  • Parking is first come, first served during Pridefest, so arriving early is recommended! There are multiple parking areas near the park. Additionally, there is a parking garage located on the other side of the Omni Hotel.

  • Oklahoma Pride Alliance leadership will pre-assign booth locations. Our team will be available on-site to help you find your assigned spot.

  • Load-in: You can start setting-up any time after 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. We will have a limited number of volunteers available for this, so please plan accordingly and we will do our best to accommodate any needs.

    Load-out: Please begin breakdown after 5 p.m. and remove all items from the Community Zone by the end of the event day.

  • Make sure to bring a Step Stool for set up if needed (it can be helpful).

    IT'S GOING TO GET HOT! 

    Make sure to bring a fan, and any other necessary equipment to stay cool (festival volunteers will provide water.)
