FAQS

WHEN ARE VENDOR HOURS?

Community Zone minimum operating hours are as follows:

Saturday, June 29 – 12pm-5pm

Vendors must be present and actively participating during these hours. Vendors may operate outside of the minimum hours but still within City park hours (6am-11pm). Volunteers may not be around if assistance is needed outside of minimum operating hours.

CAN WE BE THERE OUTSIDE THESE HOURS?

You are welcome to stay until the park closes but please know our volunteers will not be available to assist you with any needs.

WHAT'S INLCUDED IN OUR SPACE?

Two chairs and one 6' table. All display items must be able to fit within the allotted space. Please do not bring your own tent. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their designated vendor spaces, as event security will be on site to maintain the general event grounds.

WHERE DO WE PARK?

Parking is first come, first served throughout the weekend so the earlier the better! There are several spots located near the park. There is also a parking garage located on the other side of the Omni Hotel.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE THE LOCATION OF OUR TABLE?

Oklahoma Pride Alliance leadership will pre-assign spots and our team will be there to assist in finding pre-assigned spots.

WHAT ARE LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT DETAILS?

You can start setting-up Any time after 10am on Saturday morning. We will have a limited number of volunteers available for this, so please plan accordingly and we will do our best to accommodate any needs.
