  • Vendor Marketplace minimum operating hours are as follows:

    • Friday, June 26 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

    • Saturday, June 27 – 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    • Sunday, June 28 – 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Vendors must be present and actively participating during these hours. Vendors may operate outside of the minimum hours but still within Scissortail Park hours (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Please note: volunteers may not be available to assist outside of minimum operating hours.

  • Oklahoma Pride Alliance will provide tents for all vendors. Each vendor space is approximately 10’ x 10’ OR 10’ X 20’ (based on the vendor space purchased). Each vendor space also includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs.

Please do not bring your own tent, as there will not be space for it. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their designated vendor spaces, as event security will be on site to monitor the general event grounds.

  • Vendor spaces are assigned based on availability and registration timing (first come, first served). Sponsor placement and event layout needs are also considered.

  • Yes. Vendors will have access to electricity but are responsible for bringing their own extension cords. Power access is available at select light poles along the Vendor Marketplace. Please bring plenty of extension cords, label them with your name, and be prepared to share a power source with neighboring vendors.

If your booth requires guaranteed power (or you are not placed near a power source), you may bring a quiet, inverter-style generator. Generators must be safely operated, properly ventilated, and may not block walkways or create excessive noise or fumes.

  • Load-in: You may begin setting up at 9:00AM on Friday, June 26. You may pull your vehicle up on S Robinson to unload, then move your vehicle promptly to make room for food trucks and event operations.

Load-out: The festival ends at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, but vendors may begin taking down and loading out at 4:00 p.m. At that time, you will be able to pull your vehicle up to S Robinson to move your merchandise, product, and supplies to your vehicle. Multiple vendors will be loading out at the same time.

To expedite load-out, please have your items packed up and ready to load into your vehicle quickly so you can pull out and allow another vendor to pull in. Please keep the load-out lane clear for food truck operations and event vehicles as needed.

  • Make sure to bring a Step Stool for zipping up your tent and set up.

    IT'S GOING TO GET HOT!

Make sure to bring a fan, and any other necessary equipment to stay cool (festival volunteers will supply water.)
